We have put together a range of services that will offer peace of mind, knowing that we are actively monitoring and resolving issues often before you realise you have any.
Guarented Response Times We offer two response times, within 4 hours & within 8 hours, these are worst case scenarios at busy times, typically calls are answered within the hour.
Telephone Support Is free of charge for all our maintenance plan clients, non contract customers will be charged at the standard hourly rate
Remote Support & Monitoring Remote support is available for all customers, maintenance plan clients get this free of charge, non contract clients will be charged at the standard hourly rate. Our Monitoring platform will be installed on all machines and will provide an instant snap shot on the current condition of your network.
Daily Backup Monitoring Daily backup checks can be configured to send reports to us, which advise on the current state of the backup, this is included with a full maintenance plan.
Server Health Checks These can be Monthly, Quarterly or Annually depending on your requirements. This services includes Windows updates installation, hard drive checks and event logs checked for possible issues.
Spam, Anti Virus & Website Flitering Adding address’s to spam lists and website filters if deployed on the network, checking for Virus threats can also be added to your maintenance plan if required.
Disaster Recovery Plans How quickly could you recover your servers should the worst happen? If you cant answer this question then maybe we need to have a chat sooner rather than later!
